How to Checkout your Lenses
When you are ready to checkout the lenses in your shopping cart, follow these steps:
On the Shopping cart screen, click on the Checkout button.
The screen proceeds to the first step of the checkout process, the Shipping Details.
Select the desired Destination from the drop-down options.
The shipping address is already stored in the system.
Select the desired Shipping method from the drop-down options. Click on Next to continue.
Note: You may add delivery instructions as necessary.
Confirm the Billing Details. Click on Next to continue.
Note: You may add billing instructions as necessary.
On the Payment Details page, enter the purchase order number. Click Next to continue.
The purchase order number is required to proceed to the next step of the checkout process.
Note: You may add notes regarding the payment details as necessary.
Review items and confirm.
If you need to make any changes throughout the checkout process, you can click on the Previous button to return to the previous pages. If you would like to Edit cart or Continue shopping, click their designated buttons.
Once you confirm the items are correct, click on the checkmark box to accept STAAR Surgical’s Terms & Conditions.
Click on the Place order button, to complete the checkout process.
How to Cancel your Ordered Lenses
If you need to cancel your order, please contact the Customer Service Department at customerservice.ag@staar.com.
Surgeons Who Order Through a Distributor: How to Place Pre-Orders
When you are ready to place a pre-order for the lenses in your shopping cart, follow these steps:
On the Shopping cart screen, click on the Pre-Order button.
Click “Yes” to submit the pre-order.
Once the Pre-Order is placed, you can only cancel by requesting the cancelation to your distributor.
Note: You may click “No” to abandon the action.
Your placed pre-orders are sent to your distributor to fulfill. If the pre-order lenses are not ordered by your distributor by the expiration date, the pre-order will be automatically canceled.
